Active Business Partner Scheme

The Active Business Partner Scheme enables our Partners to enhance their service to their clients by enabling them to offer additional services that they would not otherwise be able to do.  This includes full Support Contracts including a Helpdesk with guaranteed availability and response time.

Full control of the client relationship is retained by the Partner who carries out all regular planned work as usual except Support Helpdesk and Emergency Response which Active will provide if the Partner is unable to respond in the required timeframe.
