How We Can Help

Once you have contacted us, our first available engineer will respond.

Advice is given freely, but you will have to register your details and agree to our terms if you would like us to provide support.

There are two main ways we can work together:

Remote Support Incident

Our engineer will use remote support tools to diagnose and attempt to fix your problem.

You will need an Internet connection for us to control your computer remotely. Otherwise, we will only be able to provide telephone support.

Up to one hour of engineer time is included in the Remote Support Incident. If the problem requires additional time, it will be charged at our standard rate for Remote support once you have authorised work to continue.

On-site Support

On-site Engineer Visit

If completely broken, an on-site engineer may be required.

An On-site Engineer Visit includes the first hour on-site. If further time is needed, it will be charged at our standard rate for On-site Support once you have authorised work to continue.
