Many thanks for the documentation for the renewal of our support contract which I have no hesitation at all in signing and returning to you. As you know we have been using your company's services for the last eighteen months or so and have been highly impressed and pleased with the level and standard of service we have received. We particularly like the way you can fix problems remotely by connecting to our server as this, together with the speed of response, means that any downtime is minimised. And when you do have to visit us, your team are always very professional, polite and capable. Also as you know we recommend you whenever we can because we know that you won't let us down and this helps us with our relationships with our clients.

Recently I had the misfortune to discover that the whole of my computer history (including calendars, reminders, documents, folders and sub-folders – some reaching back for almost a decade) had been wiped clean.. The ensuing result was devastating! Luckily, through a third party, I was given the contact details of, ‘Active IT’, who took the mainframe away and returned it days later with a complete retrieval. I remain deeply indebted to the MD, Chris Sewell and his highly professional team ... and have no hesitation in recommending their extremely efficient services to prospective customers.
